The authors of this article hoped to conclude that consultation with teachers who educate children with autism will demonstrate higher quality instruction targeting the main areas of concern. These areas include; socialization, communication and understanding. The authors were pleased to find that teachers who received consultation through the COMPASS collaboration model were more successful in their teaching skills targeting the major areas of concern for children with autism.
